Redcon1 Total War is a fully disclosed, high-stimulant pre-workout taken about 30 minutes before training. One scoop carries 320 mg of caffeine from two sources, 6 g of citrulline malate and a clinical 3.2 g of beta alanine. Every one of those numbers is printed on the tub rather than hidden inside a proprietary blend. We carry it in Pakistan in the 30-serving tub.
What is in one serving
One scoop is 14.9 g and the tub holds 30 of them. Read straight off the Supplement Facts panel on the tub we ship:
| Ingredient | Per scoop |
|---|---|
| Citrulline Malate (2:1) | 6 g |
| Beta Alanine | 3.2 g |
| Agmatine Sulfate | 1 g |
| Taurine | 1 g |
| Sodium | 310 mg (13% DV) |
| Caffeine Anhydrous | 250 mg |
| Juniper (Juniperus communis) berry extract | 150 mg |
| Di-Caffeine Malate (providing 70 mg caffeine) | 100 mg |
| Theobromine | 50 mg |
| Green Tea leaf extract (98% polyphenols, 45% EGCG) | 45 mg |
| Naringin (Citrus grandis) fruit extract | 25 mg |
| BioPerine (black pepper fruit extract) | 10 mg |
Other ingredients: disodium phosphate, natural and artificial flavour, silicon dioxide, calcium silicate, sucralose, citric acid, acesulfame potassium. It is sweetened with sucralose and acesulfame potassium rather than sugar, so it is worth knowing that if you avoid either.
The disclosure is the point. Plenty of pre-workouts in this price band give you one blend figure and an ingredient list in descending order. That tells you nothing about whether the beta alanine is a working dose or a dusting. Total War prints every amount. The two that matter most — 6 g citrulline malate and 3.2 g beta alanine — sit at the doses these ingredients are normally studied at, not token amounts.
How much caffeine is in Total War pre workout
320 mg per scoop, from all sources. That splits into 250 mg of caffeine anhydrous plus 70 mg more delivered by 100 mg of di-caffeine malate. Both lines are on the panel, so this is a figure you can add up yourself rather than take on trust. It also matches what Redcon1 publish on their own product page.
320 mg deserves context. The daily caffeine ceiling usually given for a healthy adult is around 400 mg. A single scoop is roughly four fifths of that, before any chai, coffee or energy drink on top of it. Count those against the same total. If you train in the evening, this is not a formula to take late — plan for it to still be working three hours after you drink it.
The di-caffeine malate is not marketing. It is a slower-releasing form, so the finish tends to be flatter than a 320 mg hit of straight anhydrous would give you. It is still 320 mg going in.
How to use it
Redcon1's own instruction is to mix one scoop in 4 to 6 oz of water — roughly 120 to 180 ml — and drink it 30 minutes before training. That is a deliberately small amount of water for a strong-tasting scoop. If you find it too intense, more water is fine and changes nothing about how it works.
Assess your tolerance with half a scoop first. Take it once, on a training day, and see how you respond before going to a full scoop. Do not take more than one scoop in a day, and do not take a second serving mid-session to top up.
Expect the tingle. 3.2 g of beta alanine will usually produce paresthesia. That is a prickling or tingling across the face, neck and hands; it starts within about fifteen minutes and passes on its own. Redcon1 flag it on their own page as typical and expected. It is harmless and it is not an allergic reaction, but it surprises people who have not met it before.
Warnings: not for anyone under 18, pregnant or nursing. Do not use it if you have a heart condition or high blood pressure. Do not use it if you are taking prescription medication, antidepressants or MAO inhibitors, without speaking to your doctor first. Stop taking it if you get chest tightness, a racing heart or persistent anxiety. Do not stack it with fat burners, other pre-workouts or energy drinks. High-stimulant pre-workouts are not meant to be run every session year-round — take periodic breaks.
Who it suits
Total War suits a lifter who already uses caffeine, trains hard, and wants to know exactly what is in the scoop. The full disclosure makes it a sensible choice if you stack your own ingredients and need to know what you are already getting. It also helps if you have reacted badly to a proprietary-blend product and could not work out which ingredient did it.
It is the wrong product if this is your first pre-workout, if you are stimulant-sensitive, or if you train late in the evening. 320 mg in one scoop is a poor place to discover where your tolerance sits. Start with something gentler from our pre-workout range and come back to this once you know how you respond.
If you have run Total War for a while and it has stopped doing much, the step up we stock is Insane Labz Psychotic at 400 mg. Note that it is a proprietary blend, so you trade Total War's transparency for the extra stimulant.

The live Total War pre workout price in Pakistan, and the flavours in stock right now, are shown above on this page. Total War flavours
We list Total War in fifteen flavours. Grouped by how they actually taste rather than alphabetically:
- Citrus and sharp — Orange Crush, Blue Lemonade, Green Apple, Pineapple Juice
- Berry — Blue Raspberry, Strawberry Kiwi, Strawberry Mango
- Sweet and candy — Rainbow Candy, Sour Gummy Bear, Grape, Vice City
- Melon and tropical — Watermelon, Tigers Blood, Tropical Punch, Freedom Punch
Stock moves, so rather than promise a flavour we may not have today, the selector above shows exactly what is available. Anything not shown is temporarily out rather than discontinued. The formula is identical across all fifteen — flavour choice changes nothing about the dosing.
Buying it in Pakistan
Our Redcon1 stock is bought in Dubai, or in the USA and Europe when Dubai is short. It is then consolidated, shipped by sea to Karachi and cleared through customs. We import it ourselves rather than buying through a local wholesaler, so we know which batch came from where.
