Insane Labz Psychotic is a high-stimulant pre-workout built around a single 4,459 mg proprietary blend, taken about 20 to 30 minutes before training. It is one of the harder-hitting pre-workouts on the shelf, and it is not a beginner's product. We carry it in Pakistan in a 35-serving and a 60-serving tub.

What is in one serving

One scoop delivers the Psychotic Blend at 4,459 mg. Read off the tub's own Supplement Facts panel, the blend contains, in label order:

• Beta Alanine — the tingle most people feel in the first fifteen minutes
• Creatine Monohydrate
• Caffeine Anhydrous
• AMPiberry (Juniperus communis, berry)
• OxyGold (fulvic acid)
• Dimethylethanolamine (DMAE)
• Rauwolfia Vomitoria Extract (standardised to min. 90% alpha yohimbine, rootbark)
• Huperzia Serrata Standardized Extract (whole aerial plant)

How much caffeine is in Psychotic pre workout

400 mg per scoop, from all sources. That figure is published by Insane Labz on their own product page, under a heading titled Caffeine Content. It is not broken out on the Supplement Facts panel, because Psychotic is a proprietary blend: the tub gives one number, 4,459 mg, and lists the ingredients in descending order by weight without individual doses.

400 mg deserves context rather than a shrug. It is the whole daily caffeine ceiling usually given for a healthy adult — so one scoop of Psychotic is a full day's caffeine in a single drink, before any coffee, tea or energy drink you have on top. That is exactly why Insane Labz print "start with 1/2 scoop" on the lid, and why we say the same thing lower down this page rather than burying it in a warning block.

Everything else in the blend is still undisclosed. The label does not say how much beta alanine or creatine monohydrate you are getting, only that they are the first and second ingredients by weight, so between them they make up the bulk of those 4,459 mg. Because the creatine amount is unknown, treat it as a bonus rather than your creatine source — if you want a dose that reliably does the job, take creatine separately and daily, since it works by saturation rather than by pre-workout timing.

How to use it

Mix one scoop into 250 to 350 ml of cold water and drink it 20 to 30 minutes before training. Water only — this is a stimulant formula, not a shake, and milk does nothing for it.

Start on half a scoop — this is Insane Labz' own instruction, printed on the lid, not just our caution. Take it once, on a training day, and see how you respond before going any higher. Never take more than one scoop in a day, do not take a second serving to "top up" later in a session, and count your other caffeine — coffee, energy drinks, fat burners — against the same daily total, remembering a full scoop has already used it up.

Do not take it within about six hours of bed. The formula is built to run for roughly three hours, and taken late it will cost you the sleep that the training was supposed to pay for.

Warnings: not for anyone under 18, pregnant or nursing. Do not use it if you have a heart condition or high blood pressure, or if you are taking prescription medication, antidepressants or MAO inhibitors, without speaking to your doctor first. Rauwolfia vomitoria and DMAE are both active stimulant-class ingredients, not filler. Stop taking it if you get chest tightness, a racing heart or persistent anxiety. High-stimulant pre-workouts are also not meant to be run continuously — take periodic breaks rather than using it every session, year-round.

Who it suits

Insane Labz Psychotic suits experienced lifters. You already train hard, you already use caffeine, and ordinary pre-workouts have stopped doing much. It is a good fit for heavy compound sessions, and for training after a long working day when the problem is drive rather than fitness.

It is the wrong product if you are new to pre workout, sensitive to stimulants, training in the evening, or looking for pump rather than stimulation. 400 mg in one scoop is the worst possible place to find out where your tolerance sits. Start with something transparently dosed from our pre-workout range instead and come back to this later.

It is also the wrong product if what you actually want is creatine or beta alanine at a working dose. Both are in here, neither amount is disclosed, and buying a 400 mg caffeine hit to get them is the expensive way round.
