Kevin Levrone Anabolic Mass is a high-calorie mass gainer built for people who genuinely struggle to eat enough to grow. A full serving is about 2 scoops (100 g), and unlike most mass gainers in this bracket a third of that weight is protein rather than sugar. This is the 3 KG tub, the size most people in Pakistan start on.
What is in one serving
A serving is about 2 scoops (100 g), and the 3 KG tub holds 30 of them. That serving delivers:
- 30 g of protein from a five-source blend — whey concentrate, buttermilk, whey isolate (Isolac), hydrolysed whey isolate and micellar casein.
- Taurine — 1,500 mg
- Creatine monohydrate — 750 mg, yielding 630 mg of creatine.
- Calcium HMB — 50 mg
- L-arginine — 50 mg and L-ornithine — 50 mg
- D-aspartic acid — 50 mg
- Fenugreek extract — 50 mg
The calorie and macronutrient figures are on the Supplement Facts panel shown on this page. We are re-checking the printed panel on the 3 KG tub against the manufacturer's own published figures before we restate them here, and would rather leave them off the page than print a number we are not certain of on something you swallow.
The extras are real, but they are not doses
Worth being straight about, because the ingredient list reads more impressively than the amounts justify. The creatine is 750 mg per serving, against the 3 to 5 g a day creatine is normally taken at — you would need four or more servings to reach a standard dose. The arginine, ornithine, D-aspartic acid and HMB are each present at 50 mg, a fraction of the amounts used in the research on them.
None of that makes the product worse than its competitors; most mass gainers in this bracket do the same thing. It does mean you should buy Anabolic Mass for the protein and the calories, and treat everything below the taurine line as a bonus rather than a reason. If you want a creatine dose that actually does something, add Kevin Levrone Gold Creatine alongside it.
How to use it
Mix one serving — about 2 scoops, 100 g — into 200 ml of water or skimmed milk. Up to three servings a day: one after training and two between meals. On rest days, keep them between meals.
Start on half a serving for the first few days if you have not used a gainer before. A full 100 g serving is a large carbohydrate load arriving at once, and going straight to three servings a day is the usual reason people report bloating in the first week.
At one serving a day the 3 KG tub runs a month. At three a day it is ten days, which is worth doing the arithmetic on before you buy the smaller size.
Who it suits
This is for hard gainers — people training seriously, eating what they think is enough, and still not moving the scale. It suits you particularly if you have tried a cheap dextrose-heavy gainer and disliked how much sugar it took to get the calories, because 30 g of every 100 g serving here is protein.
Anabolic Mass is the wrong buy if you are cutting or maintaining, or if you gain weight easily. If protein is all you are actually after, Anabolic ISO Whey is the same brand without the carbohydrate load, and the rest of our whey protein range covers the cheaper end. If you want a heavier gainer, browse the other mass gainers we keep.
It is also the wrong buy if you are lactose intolerant. The base is dairy and there is micellar casein in the blend alongside the whey.

Sizes and flavours
Anabolic Mass comes in two sizes in Pakistan: this 3 KG tub and a 7 KG tub. Kevin Levrone produces it in a wide flavour range that changes between production runs, so rather than list flavours we may not have, the selector above shows exactly which are in stock today — anything greyed out is temporarily unavailable rather than discontinued. Chocolate is the most consistently stocked.
Buying it in Pakistan
Our Kevin Levrone Anabolic Mass stock is bought in Dubai, or in the USA and Europe when Dubai is short, then consolidated, shipped by sea to Karachi and cleared through customs. We import it ourselves rather than buying through a local wholesaler, so we know which batch came from where.
